Awful. That is the only word in the English language that can be correctly ascribed to the convergence of the gods as they prepared to battle the Titans for the known cosmos.

Zeus rolled on his cumuliform chariot, charging toward the vortex created by his queen’s macroburst slamming into the the upwelling of Oceanus’ briny regurgitation. Though he was too late to save Hera from drowning, his anguished battle-cry rallied the westerlies, the trade winds and the mighty Boreas, himself.

The combined forces churned the troposphere into a fearsome squall that sucked all the matter from the world.

    The Titans fell.

Depleted windsocks and dehydrated hygrometers were the only warped reminders of this ancient, epic clash.
