The STORMS of life are preceded by TURBULENCE.
Sometimes the WIND pushes CLOUDS in
Before the RAIN falls from my eyes.
While feelings sometimes pelt
my heart and soul like HAIL
I allow the droplets to gather
in PUDDLES at my feet
As I am FLOODED with emotions
Allowing the EROSION of hurt
as peace takes it’s place.
can feel this
Thank you for your feedback,
Kathleen
The EROSION was obvious. Unfortunately, that meant that the evidence was gone now. No trace of footprints or cloth or weapon or anything at all. Mother nature has not been kind to us this year. Every other day we have CLOUDS and WIND with heavy RAIN. There has been occasional HAIL and last week a FLOOD. There are still PUDDLES everywhere and it is threatening to STORM again tonight. The weather is definitely in DISORDER and there is no sign of this ending any time soon. I’m so glad I’m not on the ocean right now. The TURBULENCE would destroy the boat. We are packing sandbags while we contemplate how we will proceed with the investigation. Maybe we will catch something floating in the water. In the meantime, we have no answers for the family of the victim.
Barb – intriguing for sure. I hope this story continues.
Write on,
Kathleen
